We are Equipped with :-
Oven
This oven is used to dry the U bend from water. we used hot air for drying instead of corn cob to eliminate the possibility of foreign particle.
Vibro Machine
This machine is used for deburring removing oil and polishing with the help of vibration and ss balls.
Shaking Machine
This machine is used for cleaning the U bend from foreign particle.
U bend Cutting and Bending Machine
This machine is imported in CNC machine the purpose of this machine is to bend the copper at 180 degree and cut the copper as per specification.
Ringing & Sizing Machine
This machine is imported machine used for ringing and sizing of U- bend. brazing ring insert on bend.

Sunny Bhatia : My Qualification is B-Tech ( Electrical) . I have an 16 Years of manufacturing experience in Airconditioning Industry . During my carrier , I was associated with Advantech presently known as Subros , Blue star Ltd, Having the core experience in Assly line
